Sacred Connections:
Gentle Stretching, Prayer, and Meditation,
led by Debbie Setlock, and Kathryn Duffy,
Wednesday mornings, 7am - 8am, starting September 25th for six weeks. in the Pine Street Church Sanctuary, or via zoom.
What a great way to start your day! We’ll gather together, “calm our mind, open our heart,”establish our intention for the day, gently awaken our bodies, and engage in prayer and meditation. You can experience this class in person or via Zoom. We’ll explore different forms of prayer and engage in gentle movements that can be done standing or seated on a pew. No supplies are needed; however, you may want to use a yoga mat, meditation cushion, and/or blanket. No experience is necessary, just a willing and curious spirit. We invite the collaborative exchange of ideas and talents to this gathering to enhance the synergy and richness of this course.
Debbie Setlock is a long-time Pine-head. She is the former Executive Director for Cinnamon Park in Boulder. She is passionate about yoga, mediation, and helping others connect to a holistic spirituality.

Gals in God’s Gallery, Led by Alicia Anderson-Daugherty and Betsy Hagar, Saturdays, starting September 21, 9am-11am.
Gals in God's Gallery, back for a second season, is an intimate group of women who like to hike in God’s Gallery (Nature) and desire to connect. “GGG” meets on Saturday mornings and includes an opening reading with an intentional reflection followed by a hike/walk in the Boulder area. Feel free to attend as you are able; all skill levels are welcome. (Rest assured, the location shifts to a coffee shop if the weather presents a challenge.) It is our hope that this group will continue to be a life-giving community of women who share and support each other in friendship and prayer.
About the leaders:
Betsy Hagar, enthusiastic Pine-head, lover of words, sucker for great dance music, and mother of three sparkly teenage daughters, enjoys connecting with women, especially in nature. In the Pathway groups she's been a part of, she's been the grateful recipient of new friendships and honest conversations that encourage her in her reimagined-faith journey.
Alicia Andersen-Daugherty is an artist, teacher, blended family mother of four, wife, and Colorado native who values service and friendship and who loves Jesus.

Queens Quarry, led by Alicia Andersen-Daugherty
Sunday afternoons starting September 29 at a time TBD depending on schedules of registrants
Queens Quarry is a community for young ladies 15-20 years of age, and a pathway to speaking truth, questioning and discovering while excavating precious gems of identity and belonging.
Growing up is hard—insecurities, romantic dreams, friendships, relationships with families, and hormones to name a few. In my own story, this journey was so much smoother with the mentorship, guidance, and presence of my personal youth leader who became my friend.
She loved me unconditionally, providing a trusted space to share and question my growth, all while guiding me to shine. I hope this group becomes a safe place to give back all that helped me sparkle. Join us for a Sunday afternoon coffee talk gathering of queens with questions, eager for support, community, and love.
